Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70 within Canada. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is either located or refunded.

Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us at [contact@yourstore.com] with a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in getting a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to correct the address. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
